Reserve now for an evening of hearty eating and family fun as Saunders High School is transformed into a Delizie Invernali (winter delight) by students in the award winning Culinary Arts program and Skills USA chapter Friday, December 8 from 6:00-9:00pm.
And, in the first ever "sauce-off", staff compete for bragging rights to the best --- you guessed it --- sauce. Bolognese and marinara are the categories, with prizes awarded to the talented chefs. Sample and judge for yourself.
The banquet features wonderful pasta and lots of extras. During dinner, a strolling accordion player will serenade guests with the sounds of old Italy. A fabulous DJ will play seasonal tracks and mixes for all to enjoy. And, children will love the arts and crafts – and surprises -- planned just for them.
Cost for the dinner, music and family activities is $8.00 for adults; $5.00 for children under 12.
For reservations, please call Mrs. DeSimone at Saunders High School at 914 376 8150 no later than December 1.
