Yonkers Public Schools is facing a crisis and a financial forecast that could possible dismantle all the fine progress we have made over the past years. Even though we have prepared, performed our due diligence, and maintained efficiencies at the Board of Education, it could not surmount the financial revenue losses forecast for this coming school year.

We all accept the fact that we have a financial crisis here in the city of Yonkers, we have a financial crisis across this great nation. Although we have a crisis, we have a solution; we have a Plan to Save the Yonkers Public Schools.
