School Choice Process Online Application Submission

Printer friendly instructions

What you will need to submit an application online:

  • Internet Connection
  • Student’s ID (found on top section of the paper School Choice application mailed to eligible students’ homes)
  • Student’s Date of Birth
  • Email Address (where receipt of School Choice selections will be sent)

How to submit an online application:

  1. Click on School Choice Process icon
  2. Select English or Español
  3. Enter the Student’s ID Number & Date of Birth
  4. Complete School/Program Selections
  5. Enter Sibling Information (if applicable)
  6. Confirm Selections
  7. Sign Application (Parent/Guardian must enter first and last name and provide a phone number & email address)
  8. Print Receipt (if printer available). A receipt will automatically be sent to email address provided

Please note: If both online and paper applications are submitted for the same student, the submission (online or paper) with the earliest date-stamped receipt will be used to place the student.
