Ms. Kunzmann Speech Therapy

Dear Students and Families,

I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these challenging times. At home, please continue to practice your speech and language skills. Please review and utilize the links on my page to practice different speech and language skills. Materials can be found in the Assignments tab and are organized by grade level. Additionally, students are encouraged to read daily. Students may read any book, magazine or comic of their choice. Students can also listen to and read along with books on YouTube and discuss stories as a family. I am available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11AM to 2:30 PM for Boyce Thompson students and families unless otherwise stated. I will continue to reach out to parents and students to modify and adapt group lessons to adhere to students’ IEP goals. Please reach out to me at with any questions you may have.

Dear Students,

I am so proud of all your hard work and your efforts at home. This was not an easy change, but you did a great job and you are now wiser and more independent because of it. I missed seeing all of you in school each day, but I hope during these last few months you were able to spend more time with your family. I hope you all have an amazing and safe summer. Continue to challenge yourselves and stay active. Go for walks, read new books, magazines, create a journal, set summer goals, draw and be proud of all your accomplishments!

“You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world’s problems at once but don’t ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.” Michelle Obama

Take care, be well and stay safe!
