  • What are some of your favorite healthy foods?

    With lots and lots of time on our hands, its easy to reach for things that we probably shouldn't be eating so much. Number one, SODA! The "empty" calories alone are enough to add to unwanted weight gain, especially if we're not getting enough exercise. I'd like to start a disscussion on what healthy food you have been reaching for, so that we can compile a list for others to see....and to get new ideas.
