I would love to read about the three best things you did this summer! Write a paragraph (4 to 6 sentences) describing your summer and draw a picture to match. You can take a picture of your work and send it to me at dkalina@yonkerspublicschools.org. If you can not print it out, you can always do it on paper! Please email me if you have any questions.  

Student Writing Checklist:

-I used a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence.

-I wrote complete sentences.

-I used a punctuation mark at the end of each sentence (., !, ?)

-I tried my best when spelling my words. 

-I included details to support my answer.
