Message From The Principal
Dodson Family,
As we embark on this new journey to Remote Learning 2020, I would like to extend my gratitude for the patience and support you have shown as you reach out to the school. I have heard from many families regarding your concerns and apprehension during these changing times. Our school staff has been preparing and will continue to prepare for Remote Learning and eventually, Hybrid Learning. Much time has been given and will continue to be given for connecting with students and families in ways that clearly relate high expectations but also allow for a slow accumulation of this new normal. We will meet every challenge if we support one another through it all. My two goals this year is to support our teaching staff by providing them the necessary resources, so they can serve their students effectively. My second goal is to provide our school families with the resources you need to support your child during this time. Therefore, I have already arranged for teachers to schedule weekly meetings with parents to assure that all questions are being answered and that communication on any changes or modifications to our Remote Learning Program is related. As always, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns or questions. We are in this together!
With Kids in Mind,
Isabel Hernandez
