Hello! This is Ms. Matera welcoming you all to the 2020-2021 school year! I have been teaching over 20 years, and have been a member of School 9 family for 6 years. I am passionate about children being able to dream big. I am very much aware of their various ways of learning and the challenges they face especially now. Hence, I try to use an eclectic style of teaching where children have more than one opportunity to master their skills and become successful leaders in our society. Life has taught me to be positive because "great things happen to those who keep on believing, keep on learning, and are always grateful."
Our School will be using Microsot Team for virtual learning and assignments.

Contingency Plan if Internet Power Fails
If during the online instruction the power fails, please log off and exit out of the Microsoft Teams program and wait for 30 minutes. This will allow for the necessary rebooting and security measures to be in place for the continuation of the instruction.
At this time, please go to the Assignment page on the left where you will find assignments to do until you are logged back into the program
