I have been teaching 23 years in Montessori 27.  For nineteen years I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade levels in our school.  I chose to go back to the lower grades of prekindergarten- kindergarten grade levels.  Previously, to being  employed by the Yonkers School District, I taught in the Bronxville Montessori Nursery School for ten years.  It's hard to believe I have been teaching all these years in a Montessori environment!  I truly love to teach and get excited when the children surpass my own expectations for each grade.
