Dear Parents and Guardians,
Assignments will move to the "past due assignments" section after the due date. Each child is encouraged to work at their own pace and these assignments, although listed as past due, will still be available for completion. Reminder: All assignments should be completed BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. Use the Daily Log on the bottom of this page to keep track of your child's work.
The district has a new grading policy during this time and is listed in the blue rectangular box on the left of my home page where it says COVID-19 Updates and Grading system.

*Pick-Up of Materials on Monday, June 1, 2020 will take place from 8:30-11:30 am for last names A-M and 12:30-2:30 pm for last names N-Z. Outside Procedures: 1. Parents must park in the Family Parking Lot that is located on Nevada Ave. The circle will be closed 2. Family members will line-up outside of the Main Entrance doors following Social Distancing, Face covering, and the Utilization of Gloves guidelines 3. Only 1 student, if necessary, and 1 Family can enter the classroom at a time Inside Procedures: 1. Students will pick-up their personal belongings from their desks and/or cubbies or lockers. It is strongly recommended that each family brings a bag to carry out their personal items 2. Everyone entering the building must follow Social Distancing, Face Covering, and the Utilization of Gloves guidelines 3. Students may return textbooks or other materials that belong to the school and leave them on top of their desks 4. Each family will have no more than 5 minutes in each classroom 5. Important Message Per Governor Cuomo: ALL PRE K-12 SCHOOLS IN THE YONKERS PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR THE REST OF THE ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR and also requires school districts to continue distance learning, distribution of meals, and childcare for children of essential workers. Grab N Go breakfast and lunch will be available every day at the eight designated schools. Assignments will move to the "past due assignments" section after the due date. Flex Fridays will start April 24th. This will be a day for all students to catch up on their work and for parents to fill out any logs that need to be handed in. Thank you!
