I have been teaching at WHS for 23 years. I taught 5th grade for 17 years. For the past six

years I have been teaching 1st grade. I love the eagerness, curiosity and energy generated

by these little learners; as I watch them learn new things everyday. It is such a rewarding experience.

Welcome back to the new school year 2021-2022! I am excited to be your child's teacher.

We have never seen school started in this unusual way before in public education. However 

I am eager to see all your smiling faces, as we work and learn together.

We will be using Class DoJo for communication. I have already invited you all to this platform.

All live instruction will take place using Microsoft Teams. We will begin each day at 8:35 am.
