    Dear School 21 Families:

On behalf of the teachers and staff at School 21, I would like to send a heartfelt “Welcome Back”, to all of our returning families and a hearty welcome to our new School 21 families.  As always we look forward to providing your child with a competitive education, in a supportive and caring environment. In striving to continue to accomplish this goal, the teachers, administration and the PTA have dedicated many hours planning classroom instruction lessons and extracurricular activities to ensure the students have a positive back to school experience and a successful school year.  It is our hope, that all of our students have been busy completing their summer packets that were distributed in June.

This year all students at School 21are required to wear the school uniform.  As indicated in the District’s Code of Conduct, “The wearing of school uniforms enables school personnel to identify those students assigned to the building, and may improve academic performance and self-esteem, and reduce absenteeism and competition over dress.”  Our school colors are navy bottoms and white tops.

To further prepare us for a smooth school opening I have enclosed important information regarding the daily operation of School 21.

On behalf of the faculty and staff, I would like to wish you and your family an enjoyable end of the summer.  We look forward to seeing your child on September 5, 2019 at 8:35 a.m. Please remember all students should be in full school uniform. With everyone working together, we are destined to achieve greatness.

    Sincerely,

    Leslie Grant

    Principal
