Hello everyone! My name is Mrs. Pomilla, and I will be teaching First-Grade during the 2020-2021 school year. This is my 11th year of teaching. I was raised in Yonkers and graduated from Saunders Highschool and take great pride in the fact that I get to give back to my community. 

While I know nothing can replace the learning experience in a classroom, I am dedicated to serving the educational needs of our students and the well-being of our school community. 

To engage in my class, you must log on for live lessons via Microsoft Teams. Daily assignments will be given as well as weekly assessments. Click on the icon labeled "Clever" on my virtual classroom which will take you to where you can access teams. Your Microsoft username is your 6 digit student code @yonkerspublicschools.org. So for example that would look like 123456@yonkerspublicschools.org Your password is your birthday with 8 digits. For example, if your birthday was May 9th, 2014, your password would be 05092014.
