**6/5 All students that have opted for the blended learning option need to keep their artwork in a folder, supplies in a ziplock bag, both in their bookbags. Most classes have art twice a week and students need to be able to continue working on their art project whether at home or in the building.
**All art projects have to be submitted in the class art Team for credit/grading, under the students account. Please do not drop the work in the chat, it is not possible to keep track of the student's work there in an orderly fashion.
Thank you!
Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Welcome back to the 2020-2021 school year.
I trust that you and your family are safe and well.
This year has been unquestionably full of challenges; however let's remember that at times like this, art is a powerful outlet for our feelings, emotions, and ideas. Thus, although I will always teach the elements and principles of design, my main goal this year will be to give all students a voice to express themselves.
I am looking forward to seeing all my old students, first virtually, then in person. I am looking forward to meeting all my new students and the little ones just starting school in the middle of this unusual setup.
Some of you may know that I've been a Harry Potter fan, so remember Dumbledore:" Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."
Last but not least, the art supplies list is under the "Class Expectations" tab.
Let's plan to have a blast this year in the Art Studio!
Best,
Ms. Charlier
