To all Parents,

Please see updated assignments for students to continue remotely during the rest of the 2021-2022 school year.  Don't forget that Interim Activities are also included as well, (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the packet filled with various activities).  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send an email.  If you do not see something that is helpful for your child, and you are looking for an activity that is more specific to your child's needs, then again, send an email.  Thank you for participating in advance.

 Enjoy, Ms. Jenny - OT

10-7-20

To all Parents,

Please remember tomorrow night (10-8-20) is Open House from 6pm - 7:45pm.  OT is scheduled on Teams to meet at 7:15pm - 7:30pm.  It is open to parents in a group fashion as a way to "Welcome Back" and meet for introducing myself to new parents this school year.  Personal questions regarding individual students are not discussed at Open House for privacy reasons.  Any questions regarding your child specificly should be discussed privately with me through an email.

To parents that have not yet done so, please submit your child's original prescription to the Board of Education.  Email a copy to me as well.  The sooner the prescription is sent and received, then the child can be scheduled for services to start.

Another important reminder is to please make sure to fill out the Covid questionaire each and every morning before your child gets on the bus to school.  It is very important and it must be done. Remember if your child is showing any symptoms or not feeling well, to please keep them home.

Thank you for your help and support.  Ms. Jenny - OT

 9-29-20

To all Parents,

Just a friendly reminder letting you know to please send your child's original prescription for OT services to the Board of Education.

Therapy sessions will be scheduled and start when the Board of Education receives your child's prescription.  If you have already turned a prescription in, then please email me a copy so that I can get your child scheduled to start their sessions as soon as possible.  If you have any questions about prescriptions you can call the Board of Education Department at 376-8000.  If you have any other questions about your child's therapy then send me an email and I will respond as soon as posssible.

Looking forward to working with your child.

Good Morning,

I hope you all had a nice weekend and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather.  As this is our last week of school, I am asking that any parents and students who participated in OT, to please send in all work ASAP.  If you have any pictures of the students doing their work please include those as well.  It has been very nice working with those of you who have participated, and I want to say thank you for doing so.  I also want to wish each and everyone of you an incredible summer full of enjoyment and happiness.  I look forward to seeing my students in the fall.  I am hoping that will be possible then.  I would also like to wish my students that are moving on lots of good luck and happiness with their futures.  It was unfortunate this year that they were not able to say goodbye in person to all of their fellow students, friends, and staff.  Especially, the staff that worked with them for so many years.  I will miss my students very much.  I wish I could have seen them in person to say goodbye.  Please come back for a visit sometime.  Have a good summer!!!

Best of luck, Ms. Jenny

4-6-20

Dear Parents & Students,

I hope you are all doing ok.  We are off to a different type of learning now.  I know it is stressful during the course of what is happening outside of school.  Now, all of us are trying to adapt to a new way of school.  It is not easy compared to what all of us had before.  It is something new for each and everyone of us.  It is also very stressful at times as this is a new learning experience for all of us.  It was suppose to be our Spring Break but now due to these trying times school is open.  In despite of all of this, I want to wish you nice holidays.  I hope you are able to enjoy them regardless of this pandemic that we are all in together.  I miss all of my students.  I can't wait to see their smiling faces again in school.  I hope it is sooner than we all think.  There are activities for the students to do for OT if you are trying to keep them busy.  Please see the assignment section on top of this homepage.  If you have any questions or concerns, send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hang in there,  Ms. Jenny
