¡Hola! I'm a Spanish teacher at Roosevelt High School. I have been teaching Spanish for 17 years. There are many important reasons why Spanish is one of the most popular languages in the United States. My job is to help you get the best learning experience and assist you in becoming proficient. In order for students to acquire and learn a second language, it requires you to be positive, stay calm and use hand gestures, body language and not use English as much as possible. I encourage my students to ask questions, practice, and experiment with the Spanish language and share personal experiences. It is important to do all class activities so you can demonstrate what you can do with the language and how well. The goal is to see how proficient you are. Follow Señor Santana on Twitter!
