Welcome to 6th Grade English Language Arts for the 2022-2023 school year! I am so excited to be your teacher this year! We will be IN PERSON on September 9th, 2022.

IF NEEDED the district will be using MICROSOFT TEAMS, NEARPOD, AND iXL  for remote instruction. This means all of our lessons will be through these programs.

To get familar with the program please click on this Microsoft Teams link. You will be able to explore Microsoft Teams, NEARPOD , and iXL. You can access Microsoft Teams through CLEVER for everyday lessons. Click "Log on with LDAP". Type in the 6-digit student I.D. with the YPS address. For example, 123456@yonkerspublicschools.org. The password should be the student's birthdate. For example, if the birthdate is May 13, 2009, they would type 05132009.
