Classroom Expectation

  • Grade-

    • Attendance and Participation (must be present during class).

    Class Outline- 

    • Attendance
    • Introduction
    • Warm-up
    • Fitness video 
    • Closure

    Fitness Based program-

    • Bodyweight training
    • Endurance training,
    • flexibility training (yoga/stretches) 
    • cardiovascular training (high intensity training/dance) 

    Proper attire

    • Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes (shirt, shorts, sweatpants/yoga pants)
    • Bring water (make sure you have some water ready during class time.)
