Gorton High School will be offering COVID 19 vaccinations to all of our students on Friday, May 21st from 10am to 6pm in the Girls gym. Parents or guardians will be required to fill out a consent form and to book an appointment online using the link posted below. Forms will be available for pick up at Gorton High School on Thursday, May 20th all day at the front desk and blank forms will also be available on-site at the time of vaccination. Students ages 12-15 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to get vaccinated. Students ages 16 and 17 will need parental consent form and online appointment, but do not need parents present.
