Our School-based Clinics provide comprehensive mental health services to children and their families. A partnership with the school district and the New York State Office of Mental Health, services are designed to improve educational, social, and emotional outcomes for children experiencing social-emotional difficulties at school or home. Training and other collaborations with administrators, teachers, and staff foster student achievement and support the educational goals of schools.
Available support includes services for:
Feelings of sadness, anxiety, stress and grief.
ADHD
Trauma
Suicidal thoughts and behaviors, and self-injury
Unusual experience and thoughts
WJCS Cross Hill Academy-Based Mental Health Program
Provides counseling services and supports to students and families.
Operates Monday through Friday, 12 months a year.
Health Insurance is Required.
Family sessions conducted viaTelehealth (Video - Zoom).
