There will be a half-day of instruction for all Yonkers Public Schools students & all school staff, PK-12, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
Dismissal for schools starting at 7:35 AM will be at 11:00 AM
Dismissal for schools starting at 8:35 AM will be at 12:00 PM
All school-based CSEA staff are to leave 15 minutes after designated dismissal time.
Yellow Bus Transportation Reminder
Students in grades Pre-K through 3 and curb-to-curb IEP students MUST be met by a parent/guardian or designee.
Children who are not met at their bus stop will be taken to the Transportation Center at One Larkin Center.
Winter Recess
All schools will be closed from December 24, 2025 - Friday, January 2, 2026.
Central Office will be closed on Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25, 2025 and New Year's Day, Thursday, January 1, 2026.
School resumes on a regular schedule on Monday, January 5, 2026, an "F" Day.
