We’re delighted to announce the launch of our MBK Yonkers Alumni Network on Tuesday, April 20, 2025, providing an opportunity to support and connect with our MBK Alumni as they advance in their careers across various fields.

Superintendent Soler: “It’s a historic moment, welcoming these four incredible student representatives to the Yonkers Board of Education. These young leaders are stepping into an important role — not only as the voice of their own schools but as advocates for over 24,000 students. Their presence reminds us why we do this work. I look forward to hearing their perspectives, learning from their experiences, and working alongside them to move Yonkers Public Schools forward."

The MBK Working Papers Initiative is designed to help students take their first steps toward employment and career development. Students can quickly obtain working papers, participate in a two-day Career Success Program, and explore summer internship opportunities. Whether you’re looking for your first job or gaining experience for the future, MBK Yonkers provides the resources and support to help you navigate the process with confidence.

Alongside Superintendent Aníbal Soler, Jr., the young leaders of the Paideia School 24 #MBKYonkers chapter proudly joined Mayor Mike Spano as he presented the School Spotlight Award to the school's outstanding administration, faculty, staff, parents, and students.
