Parents,
As we begin our year, we are excited to plan and offer walking trips and field trips. For every student to attend these trips, they must have an Annual Physical Exam completed by their pediatrician on file at the school. If you have a recent annual physical, please ensure the school has a copy so that your child will not miss out on the trips. The Annual Physical Exam can be placed in an envelope and write School Nurse on the envelope. We will receive all documents through the backpack or you can bring it to the main office. Thank you for helping ensure that your child does not lose out on upcoming grand experiences.
