Monday is Mindful Monday. Join us by wearing comfortable clothes or pajamas to focus on mindfulness, meditation and yoga.

Good Evening Dodson Families,
The next distribution from the Robert C. Dodson School Pantry will be this Thursday, April 9 and Friday, April 10 from 9 am - 12 pm.
All families that previously completed and submitted the Feeding Westchester Intake Form should plan to come to school to get their food on either Thursday or Friday between 9 am and 12 pm.
If you would like to join the food pantry at Dodson, please request a form from your child's teacher, fill it out and bring it to school. New members will be able to take food when you submit paperwork.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Dodson's Spring Parent Teacher Conferences this Thursday, April 9th from 5:30-7:30 pm and Friday, April 10th from 12-2 pm.
Please be reminded that there is NO afterschool this Thursday and Friday is a half day for all students - 11 am dismissal.

Today, teachers began sending home school iPads with students to prepare for our Remote Learning Days next Monday, March 30th and Tuesday, March 31st. If your child did not bring home an iPad today, it will be sent home tomorrow.
Students will be using their iPads to complete their asychronous, independent, assignments next week.
Your child's teacher will be sending home an assignment sheet and QR codes to take attendance on Monday and Tuesday.
All iPads, chargers and wires are expected to return to school on Monday, April 6th.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher.
Our Dodson Food Pantry will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25 and Thursday, March 26 from 9 am - 12 pm. It is a smaller shipment with mainly eggs, chicken, fish, sausage, rice, beans, onions.
In addition, please help the Dodson Student Government fight hunger by donating a jar of peanut butter or jelly to our drive. We are partnering with Surmount New York, and all donations will help people in Yonkers and the Bronk. Please send in donations by Friday, March 27.
Reminder that next Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31 are remote asychronous (independent) learning days for all Yonkers students. Teachers will providing attendance QR codes and assignments for each day. The remainder of the week, April 1 through April 5, is Spring Break. Classes in the building at Dodson resume on Monday, April 6.

Picture day continues for prekindergarten and kindergarten classes, all make-ups in grades 1-8, and sibling pictures.
