Students take on the roles of attorneys and witnesses as they prepare cases, question witnesses, and compete against other schools at the Bronx Supreme Courthouse. Through this experience, students are building confidence, teamwork, public-speaking, and critical-thinking skills.

Today, Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, we reflect. 🕯️
During a visit to the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center, 12 seventh-grade students from School 23 engaged in meaningful lectures and discussions that deepen understanding and help carry forward the lessons of the past.
We remember not only to honor those who were lost, but to ensure their stories are carried forward.
