  • Dear parents and students-

    Welcome back! Please send your child to school in sneakers and comfy clothes on days they have PE.  Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.  


  • Physical Education Home Exercises

    30 Minutes of active exercising everyday

    Please Keep a log of what you do 

    for grading purposes.

    Pre-K -2 Sample exercises

    · Jumping Jacks

    · Run in place for 1 minute intervals

    · Arm circles

    · Balance on 1 leg

    · Hop on 1 foot

    · Jump on 2 feet

    · Stair climbing

    · Sit-ups (Spaghetti & Meatball)

    · Push-ups(shoulder touches)

    · Freeze dancing game


    Grades 3-5 Sample Exercises

    · Push-ups (against a wall, on their knees, or full push-ups)

    · Planks

    · Sit-ups (for 1 Minute)

    · Squats

    · Jog in place

    · Jumping Jacks

    · Balloon volleyball

    · Crab walks

    · Toe touch stretches

    · Walking

    Grades 6-8 Sample Exercises

    You can choose from any of the above exercises or add the ones listed below.

    · Walking, jogging, or running.

    · Body weight exercises: squats, push-ups, planks, sit-ups

    · Stairs in your home or building.
