Welcome to the Academy of Film and Television!

I am Nurse Barbara and I will have the pleasure of taking care of your children during the 2024-2025 school year.

There are a few important things that need attention before the first day of school. All students are required to have up-to-date immunizations with all required mandated vaccines by the first day of school. Current physicals are also required for all students. Until I receive a current physical with all required immunizations, I cannot clear them for activities such as gym, sports and class trips.

On this page you will find a NYS physical form and medication authorization forms if your child requires medication to be given during the school day. Please send in all required documents via email to bmassello@yonkerspublicschools.org.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I will be answering my emails throughout the summer. Again, welcome to the Academy of Film and Television, and I am looking forward to meeting each one of you in September.
