Coach Dunn's PE Class Expectations

"We still need to take care of ourselves!!" (9-23-20)

So you may not be in quarantine any longer, although that can still change. Back in March of this year I stressed to all of my students to take care of themselves, that "your personal health and wellness, physically, emotionally & mentally were paramount. It may seem silly to keep telling ourselves this, as we all can agree our health is important. Yet, it can be human nature to slack off when we have more time on our hands. Procrastination leads to guilt, stress, and sometimes anxiety. These are the expectations for Physical Education at MUSEUM 25.

Expectations for all students are simple.

    1) STAY POSITIVE: attitude is EVERYTHING.....we can agree that this may not be the best method, or mode for school but we all have to continue to                                      move forward. "If you believe it, you can ACHIEVE IT!"

    2) EFFORT: (during class and turning in assignments) Non-effort will not be rewarded, with a passing grade. To put it simply; "if you are trying, we're                         good." :-) As your PE teacher for up to 4 years (I already have a good idea of what you can do) I believe in you! ....don't ever let me think                       otherwise

    3) FOCUSED: Whether "we" are online or in person this year or a combination of the two, using other media like another cell phone. Televisions and loud background noise will not be tolerated during virtual sessions. You will be muted, or asked to leave.

    4) ATTENDANCE: Repeated absences with no explanation will count against the student.
