  • Hello Gibran Students. I hope everyone is doing well and I miss all of you. With that being said, I hope every student is exercising and staying healthy during this difficult time. 

    Here is an exercise routine you can do from home.

    1. 20 front lunges 

    2. 20 side lunges

    3. 20 back lunges 

    4. 20 push ups

    5 20 sit ups

    6. 1 minute... mountain climbers

    7. 1 minute.... jumping jacks

    8 . 1 minute ... front plank

    9. 1 minute... side plank

    10. 1 minute... walk squats
