Greetings! My name is Ms. Zaros and I am the music teacher at Montessori 27 and Las Hermanas Mirabal Community School.  Music class provides a time for students to explore creativity and expression by studying the elements of music, various music genres, and world cultures of music through the activities of tuneful singing, movement, and playing of instruments.   The music program format supports the developmental growth of students and further provides an avenue for students to collaborate and connect with each other.  Foremost, music class is structured for students to have fun finding their own individual musical expression in a kind and supportive environment.
