    • * PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON EVERYTHING.

     

    • Grade 1 : 1 red plastic folder
    • Grade 2 : 1 blue plastic folder
    • Grade 3 : 1 green plastic folder

     *WHEN THE CHILDREN PHYSICALLY COME TO SCHOOL, THEY ARE TO BRING A REFILLABLE AND REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE.* 

    • 1 pack of colored pencils
    • 1 Large,transparent (clear) shoebox (Write your child’s name on it). ALL THEIR OWN SUPPLIES WILL BE IN THERE!
    • 1 pencil sharpener
    • 1 ruler
    • 1 box of crayons (24 pack)
    • 3 glue sticks
    • 1 box of sharpened pencils
    • 1 container of wipes
    • 1 box of tissues
    • 1 roll of paper towels

    *   Bottle of hand sanitizer

    *    Disposable masks- Must be worn until further notice.      

    • Grade 1 only: The children really haven’t had time to practice writing in a notebook. First graders need to write smaller. I have the composition books with the perforated lines so that young children can easily follow writing guidelines.
    • YOU CAN PURCHASE THE HANDWRITING NOTEBOOKS FROM ME. (The books are $5.OO FOR: 5 WRITING MANUSCRIPT BOOKS. ALSO, PLEASE SEND IN $6.50 FOR THE SCHOLASTIC EDUCATIONAL NEWSPAPER. The total cost of all monies and supplies is $11.50. All supplies and monies are due when you come back to school.
    • Grades 2 and 3 only: 6 marble notebooks (any color) and a dictionary. (Not a pocket dictionary, as they can be hard to read).

Mrs. Lidia Pezzulo

I attended Iona College. I have 21 years experience in teaching. In my career, I've have taught grades 1-8. I have an Associates Degree, A Bachelors of Science Degree, a Masters+60 Degree, and an extension in Montessori Certification. I am also a former student of the Yonkers Public Schools. I attended the Yonkers Schools from Kindergarten to 12th grade. It's my mission to give-back to the children of Yonkers and to always provide an environment conducive to learning.  I am available to speak with you if  you have any questions.
