Kaitlyn Reilley is a familiar face to the Cross Hill school community, where she most recently served as Assistant Principal.  She now leads the school, succeeding Ryan James, the current principal of the William Boyce Thompson School.

Principal Reilley has a robust background in education. She began her career as a science teacher in the South Bronx and later at the Bronx Center for Science and Mathematics. She holds a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from Lafayette College and multiple Master’s degrees, including Science Education from Lehman College, Neuroscience and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Educational Leadership from Fordham University.

Ms. Reilley has also completed a certification program in Transformational Leadership at Hunter College. Her roles have included serving as a Math for America Master Teacher, Director of the SPED/ELL committee for the Science Teachers Association of New York State, and Curriculum and Instructional Support Specialist for Community School District 7.
