This is an excellent book that the students have loved for years! As we read each chapter, the students identify the character traits, problem/solution, cause/effect, identify the main idea idea and details, as well as predicting what will happen in the following chapter. In conclusion of the reading Frindle, the students will take a test to measure his/her comprehension and create a project.
