Mrs. Kempf Class 4-1 Room 24

  • Classroom Rules

    Be Respectful.

    Be Safe.

    Work Hard.

    Take Responsibility.

Our Classroom Rules which are hanging in the classroom serve as a reminder to all of us as to how the classroom will run.  In order to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior in the classroom we like to focus on the positive.  During the first two weeks of school the children and I discussed the high expectations that I have for each and every one of them.

    Consequences:

If a child needs multiple reminders as to how to be respectful a variety of consequences may be used.  Some examples include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Note home requesting parent / guardian signature or conference (This note may be teacher or student written.)
    • Phone call home
    • Removal from the activity or loss of special privileges
    • Teacher – Student Meeting
    • Principal – Student Meeting
