Kindergartners culminated a week-long career study with an exciting celebration where each student shared their career aspirations before an audience of supporters. A representative from Lehman College gave the keynote speech and inspired students to continue to work toward their goals. She brought along Selena Cruz a Lehman College nursing student, who held up her College is in My Future T-shirt printed with a big 2023! She shared that she had participated in the same College In My Future program at Rosemarie Ann Siragusa School about 12 years before. Selena stood as a real life example that having aspirations and working toward them will lead to our Museum kindergarteners doing great things! Thank you to Lehman College, to Selena Cruz, to Mr Gray, Dr. Robinson, and our parents for setting the example for high aspirations for our students.
