Hello Families. Welcome to my web page. I will post announcements here along with important school information. I will be using Class DoJo this year which is a great way to reach me with any questions or concerns that you might have. The school year is in full swing and the students seem so excited about learning and challenging themselves. In our literature groups, we are reading Because of Winn Dixie and the students seem to really enjoy the characters and the plot. I am also reading the book RULES to the class and using that time to further our discussions on strong characters in a story and how they develop and change. During our math lessons we are getting ready to round numbers to the different places in a number. The students just took a short quiz on different ways to write numbers and on place and place value.  Please continue to look in your child's home folder daily for important information or to sign tests and quizzes. That folder should be used for all information and work coming and going between school and home. Thank you.
