Dear Parents & Guardians,

I would like to introduce myself to you and your family.  I am the new music teacher at Paideia School 15.  I will be teaching our students general, vocal, and instrumental music.  Yes, that is correct, we will be doing band this year!

In the past, I have had the pleasure to teach elementary instrumental music at )DiChiaro, Martin Luther King JR., School 9, Foxfire (currently Boyce Thompson), and Siragusa from 2006-2010.  I then worked at Cross Hill Academy from 2012-2019 teaching general, vocal, and instrumental music for grade pk-8.  The past two years I have had the privilege of teaching vocal and general music at School 17 and School 21.  My students have performed for seasonal concerts, parades, Colleges in Our Future, and other special events.

We will be handing out band packets and borrow packets the week of 9/27 (last week in September).  Those of you interested in joining band need to return the Registration Form and the Student/Parent Instrumental Contract contained in that packet.  We are only offering instruction for flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and baritone horn.  We will not be offering instruction on string instruments this year.  Instruments can be rented at Scott Music.  Their address is:
