This is the third year that SNUG has hosted Museum School 25’s BBQ portion of Field Day. SNUG was established to help local law enforcement and anti-violence community groups steer at-risk New Yorkers away from a culture of violence. SNUG, which is guns spelled backward, was created in response to a phenomenal number of shootings and killings in 10 communities in New York State and follows the Chicago Cease Fire Model.
SNUG is part of the YMCA Community of programs designed to support and give back to the Yonkers youth. Museum School truly appreciates SNUG’s continual support of our students and community. Thank you very much for being there for us!!
