Mrs. Samantha Yurcho

I grew up in Yonkers and I'm a proud Saunders High School alumna. I went on to attend Fordham University and Iona College Graduate School. Happy to have come full circle. Teaching is my passion and I hope to promote a love of literature and the life lessons we can draw from it!

  • 7th Grade Supply List:

    • One 5 Subject notebook
    • 1 Folder
      • 1 highlighter
      • At least 3 pens (blue or black)
      • 1 colored pen (ex. purple, green etc.)
      • Pencil sharpener 
    • 1 combination lock
    • Hand sanitizer, hand soap, tissues, Lysol wipes or paper towels (optional)

    * You may also want to purchase a copy of the book We Beat the Street as we will be reading it in class. These school copies are not permitted to go home.

     

    **   Students must also have an independent reading book with them everyday.
