The Rosemarie Ann Siragusa Memorial Award is given to outstanding 5th and 8th grade students. Selected students represent the culmination of a citizenship program which has involved the students throughout their years in thier school. A Certificate of Merit and a cash award are presented to each of these outstanding pupils.
