Dr. Tonya Couch-Jenkins joins our Family School 32 Community with over 31 years of experience in the public and private sector; 15 years as a lead teacher and 16 years in administration. She has actively served as the Dignity for All Students (DASA) Liaison and both, My Brother's Keeper (MBK) and My Sister's Keeper (MSK) Coordinator. Dr. Couch-Jenkins is an ongoing learning leader and community advocate for more children, for more learning, in more ways, more of the time. She looks forward to enriching our Community Partnerships with the Family School 32 PTSA, the Heart of the Hudson Girls Scouts of America and Junior Achievement to name a few. Dr. Couch-Jenkins is a practioner of Restorative Justice and looks forward to working with our dynamic staff, energetic students and caring families. It is her firm belief in the African Proverb, "It Takes A Village to Raise A Child."
