    Create a  monster for a movie. Is it a friendly loveable monster or is it a fierce monster. How many eyes does it have? Does it have stripes or scales or fur? Does your monster fly or run fast? What's your monsters super power? What color is your monster?  Be creative and fill your paper with your drawing. Have fun!

    1) Browse pictures of some of your favorite cartoon characters for ideas.

    2) Draw yourself as a cartoon character, in your favorite place or in your favorite season. Maybe singing, dancing or playing your favorite sport.

    3) After drawing, write a brief description telling me about your drawing. Where are you? What are you doing?

  • Art Instructions

    Students are in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. 

    The Art carts are located in the gym on the top floor and downstairs in Ms. Pope's room. 

    Students are both in class and online.

    I will direct the students online to complete an activity that day.
