    1 Box of 8 pack Crayola washable markers (LABELED WITH NAME) 

    1 pair of scissors (child size) (LABELED WITH NAME) 

    2 Two pocket folders (LABELED WITH NAME) 

    2 Box of tissues 

    2 Rolls of paper towels 

    1 Box of Ziplock Bags 

    1 Bottle of hand sanitizer 

    1 Pack of Baby Wipes 

    Labeled (Ziplock) Bag with a complete change of clothes including underpants, socks, pants and shirt 

    Please send in a note regarding any allergies or specific needs your child may have regarding food or medication. 

    SNACK TIME: PLEASE BRING AN INDIVIDUAL SNACK AND DRINK DAILY (snack time is not provided by school)

    2 “WIDE RULED” composition notebooks (NO Spiral Notebooks)

    1 box of 24 Crayola crayons

     *Labeled (Ziplock) Bag with a complete change of clothes including underpants, socks, pants + shirt.

     SNACK TIME: Students will need to have their own individual snack each day. This should be a small, simple and healthy snack. (small fruit, crackers, water, pretzels, etc..) Please do not send your child in with candy, chips, or soda. Snack will NOT be provided on a daily basis.

    Please send in a note regarding any allergies or specific needs your child may have regarding food and/or medication. Please try to have all supplies as soon as possible.
