Microsoft Office 365 Access for All Students and Staff

  • All Yonkers Public Schools students and staff have access to Microsoft Office 365!

    This includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

    To access Microsoft Office 365:

    • From your school or the District homepage, navigate to the global icons located beneath the large image, and select Office 365, or
    • Open your web browser and visit
    • Log-in using your District e-mail address and password
    • On the home screen, there is an option to "Install Office Apps"
    • You can download Microsoft Office to 5 devices using a District log-in!

Import Your School's Website Calendar into Outlook

  • Step 1

    • Navigate to your site's public facing calendar

    Step 2

    • Click on the green iCal button on the right
    • You will see the iCal feed URL
    • Copy this URL to your clipboard
    • STOP

    Step 2

    • Open your Outlook for 365 calendar
    • Beneath the black bar, look for "Other Calendars" (See screenshot attached)
    • Select "From the Internet"
    • A panel will open.
    • Paste the iCal feed URL
    • Name the Calendar you just created
    • Click save
