Welcome! My name is Ms. Aponte I have the pleasure of being one of the second grade teachers. This is my 3rd year here at Hostos and my 15th year in Yonkers as an educator. I have my master’s in education and I’m certified in elementary education 1st-6th grade and special education 1st -6th grade. I was born and raised in Yonkers. I have a sixteen-year-old daughter and a four month old son.  I believe that communication between teachers and parents is essential to a child's success. I look forward to working with you and your child this new school year!
