Get to know Mrs.D

My name is AnnaMaria D'Onofrio and I have been teaching in the Yonkers Public Schools for 26 years at various grade levels. I am trilingual and have a passion for languages. I knew I wanted to be a teacher from the time I started kindergarten. I always enjoyed lining up my dolls, teddy bears, and my big brother(lol) and I would teach them many things or read to them! I am a mom of 2 fabulous boys! I love reading (we will READ TONS of BOOKS together this year) and enjoy spending time at the beach and pool. I love spending quality time with my family! I am a HUGE Wonder Woman fan and still have my first Wonder Woman doll from my childhood!

Boys and Girls, get ready for a fabulous learning experience because  I absolutely, positively, LOVE teaching 2nd Grade!
