Proper attire
- Wear sneakers, unless we tell you otherwise.
- Wear comfortable clothes
- T-shirt, short, sweatpants/yoga pants
- Take care of yourself
- If you’re feeling tired or sick take a break.
- Bring your water!
- Make sure you have some water ready during class time
- Please no food or gum; you could choke!
