      Proper attire

    1. Wear sneakers, unless we tell you otherwise.
    2. Wear comfortable clothes
      1. T-shirt, short, sweatpants/yoga pants
    3. Take care of yourself
      1. If you’re feeling tired or sick take a break.
    4. Bring your water!
      1. Make sure you have some water ready during class time
      2. Please no food or gum; you could choke!
