Dear Families,

    Welcome to first grade. I am looking foward to being a partner with all of you in virtual learning during September. I have been teaching here at PEARLS for 21 wonderful years, and am very happy to share this historical year of learning with all of you.

    We will be using Microsoft Teams , Nearpod and Clever as our learning platforms. We will also be using Dojo and e-mail as a form of communication. In the meantime, please set up your microsoft 365 account so we can be ready to meet each other as a class on Tuesday. Instructions for the download can be found on the Yonkers Public Schools website. Your child's username is their 6 digit ID #@yonkerspublicschools.org. Their password for set up is their birthday using all 8 digits.

      Our first live meeting on teams will be on Tuesday September 8 th at 8:45. This will be a meet and greet with a read aloud. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we will be meeting at 8:30.
