Ms. Kerri Romanino

Hello everyone, I am Ms. Romanino, your assistant principal for grades 11 - 12. I have been a teacher and Department Rep at Gorton High School for 17 years. In my many roles at Gorton, I have been a class advisor, liaison for the Smart Scholars Grant, the testing coordinator, and have extensive experience conducting professional developments both at Gorton and at the district level. I also participated in curriculum development and new teacher mentoring programs. I place great emphasis on restorative practices, integration of social-emotional support into classroom practices, and my professional developments are aligned with the direction of our school and the district’s vision.
