The following instructions will assist you to access the instructional websites that will be used this school year.

  Microsoft Teams is the platform that is being used district wide. The easiest way to gain access to this will be though Clever.

Next, look for the Clever Portal or you can follow this link to access Clever:

 Clever is a single sign-on platform that allows students to seamlessly access frequently used websites without having to log in to each one individually. This means that one username and password gives your child access to any of the district applications on any device.

Once on the website your child should select "Log in with LDAP." Your child's username will be their 6-digit student ID number directly followed by @yonkerspublicschools.org. For example, 123456@yonkerspublicschools.org. Your child's password will be their birthday written as 8-digits in the MMDDYYYY format. For example, 01051977.

Student access to Microsoft Teams:

 Once you get into Clever, click on Office 365.

You will use the same login for Office 365 as you do for Clever. 

          Your username is your 6-digit Student ID @yonkerspublicschools.org. Example: 123456@yonkerspublicschools.or

          Your password is your birthdate. It should be entered as MMDDYYYY. Example: 01051977.

Within Office 365, you will find another app called Microsoft Teams. This is what we will be will be using daily for our live sessions.
